“Our remodel project required the demolition and replacement of almost every aspect of our 2,600 sq. ft. 1974 ranch style home, including the roof, fireplace, walls, plumbing, electric, and multiple decks, plus a 1,700 sq. ft. add on. After interviewing multiple contractors, we decided to partner with Captex Construction and Arterberry Cooke Architecture based on recommendations and demonstrated ability to deliver on time and on budget. Danny built our forever home. He told us the completion date would be July 15th. We received our Certificate of Occupancy on July 14th. Danny has integrity, strong work ethic, and natural talent. Each of his work crew are top-notch and considerate. Once this home journey began my husband called Danny and Danny said “Sir I can build you your dream home.” Danny did and we are so thankful that he built, guided and walked through the entire building process with us.

Any home building project will have its puzzles to solve and issues to work out, and Danny's greatest two strengths are his creative problem-solving skills and his unwavering honesty. He put in many early mornings and late nights on our project, working with us, our architect, our vendors and subs, and the City to keep our project moving forward on our timeline and our budget.
